Our Program Offerings

Project Ownership

Students take ownership of their own projects, gaining responsibility and the opportunity to lead their work. This allows excellent application possibilities for typical roles of an industrial engineer.

Guided Work

Students benefit from structured guidance, ensuring they stay on track and avoid navigating challenges without support. Every student is assigned a dedicated methodological supervisor and a subject-specific contact person.

Regular Feedback

Students receive regular feedback on their projects in weekly jour fix meetings. In addition, interim and final presentations provide detailed reviews from the management and the professors.

Flexible Work

Students are provided with a laptop and the flexibility to work remotely, offering a balanced work environment. In addition to our own office, we also provide the opportunity to work in a co-working space in Hamburg.

International Environment

Students will have the opportunity to work with diverse nationalities in their daily work, since we cooperate with colleagues from more than ten countries. This allows gaining valuable exposure to different cultures and languages.

Team Work

Students collaborate with peers and engage with colleagues from partner companies, fostering a dynamic teamwork environment. A special highlight for the student teams is their visit on board a container ship.
